The space
House on one acre of land with large, beautiful oak trees. Brand-new mattresses. There is no gas in the house/no carbon monoxide detectors. Please be comfortable with old and imperfect houses.

Rural but not remote. 5 miles from the highway and grocery stores.

Guest access
Shared bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining area. Bathrooms, dining, and the kitchen are on the first floor.

Other things to note
The house is shared with me (a fine art painter) and possibly two other women at a time. Women only, as it is an old house and some bedroom doors stick/do not lock (not discriminatory! Airbnb rules).
